Have just purchased two moku:lab devices and the windows app says that they need a firmware update but will not update the firmware. It says to use the Moku Master app which doesn’t seem to exist. Please help.

If you scroll to the bottom of the Windows and Mac Apps page, check the I agree check-box, and click the Download Software button, there’s a Download legacy software link that gives you the old Moku:Master Windows app, which can be used to upgrade from firmware 501 to firmware 511. The latest Moku: app can then be used to upgrade from firmware 511 to the latest firmware.
