Moku:lab does not recognize sd card/ ipad can not find moku:lab

Dear Support Team,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your excellent support and quick response times.

I am currently experiencing a couple of issues with my Moku:Lab device:

  1. SD Card Not Recognized:
    The SD card is not being detected by the device. I have tried rebooting the unit and reformatting the card, but the issue persists.
  2. Connection Issue with iPad:
    While I am able to connect to the device via the API and the Windows application, I am unable to connect using the iPad.

As a possible solution, I considered performing a factory reset. However, I am unsure which data or settings might be lost during this process.

I would appreciate your guidance and support in resolving these issues.

  1. SD card not recognized
  • Has the device previously worked with SD cards in the past or is this the first time you have inserted a card? The requirements for the SD card can be found here.
  1. Connection issues with iPad
  • How is the iPad connected to Moku (ethernet, USB, wifi)? The Moku app needs to be given access to devices on the network. Go to Privacy and Security in your iPad settings and navigate to Local Network. Ensure the Moku App has access.
