Dear Support Team,
First of all, I would like to thank you for your excellent support and quick response times.
I am currently experiencing a couple of issues with my Moku:Lab device:
- SD Card Not Recognized:
The SD card is not being detected by the device. I have tried rebooting the unit and reformatting the card, but the issue persists. - Connection Issue with iPad:
While I am able to connect to the device via the API and the Windows application, I am unable to connect using the iPad.
As a possible solution, I considered performing a factory reset. However, I am unsure which data or settings might be lost during this process.
I would appreciate your guidance and support in resolving these issues.
