A direct Ethernet connection requires some additional configuration. You can follow the procedures in this Knowledge Base article. It was written a while ago for Moku:Lab and an older version of Windows. It should also work for Moku:Go and Moku:Pro. If you’re using Windows 11, the relevant settings are found under the “IP assignment” and “DNS server assignment” sections once you go into “Settings” → “Network & Internet” → “Ethernet”.
