Moku:Go "This Moku has no Instruments" after FW update

I am using MokuOS 4.0.3. on Windows 10 (64bit).

After the installation a firmware update has been suggested and was completed sucessfully.

Now, MokuOS shows “This Moku has no Instruments”.
The device can’t be used.

Please advise and get in touch if you require further details.
